Refunds & Returns

Soul Design FZE strives for outstanding customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns / exchange or refunds. If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt please email [email protected] for a repair authorization within 24hrs of receiving your order.

In the unlikely event of your jewelry being defective (i.e. missing a stone) within a 90 day period please email [email protected] immediately so that we can do our best to help you.

Soul Design FZE is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped using DHL and UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout.

Taxes and Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individuals country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control.

Delivery time
Soul Design FZE pieces are handmade made to order and may take up to 1-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner but due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. In most cases, pieces are shipped within 10 business days. Please email [email protected] if you have any urgent shipping requests.
